A versatile educator, musician, and playwright, Reginald served as an assistant principal at Westhill High School, Director of Social Studies Education and the arts for Stamford Schools, and led Norwalk High School as principal for a decade—recognized among the "Top 100 High Schools in Connecticut" by US News and World Reports (2022). With degrees from Yale, Harvard, and Sacred Heart Universities, Reginald began his career as a teaching fellow at Northfield Mt. Hermon and studied pedagogy under Dr. Edith McMullen, founder of the Teacher Preparation Program at Yale, and at Harvard with Dr. Gerald Lesser (co-creator of Sesame Street), later becoming a history, regional studies, and world cultures teacher in both Georgia and Connecticut
