​DOPE INC. is a youth advocacy and empowerment organization that travels to educate, empower and mentor youth globally. Chaquanzha decided to leverage her life experiences as well as the experiences of others to help the youth understand their past does not determine their future. The topics she is most passionate about are leadership and individuality. She loves to help the youth identify and appreciate who they truly are so they too can find their calling in life! 

We believe that all youth have the potential to succeed, regardless of their race, religion, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, or disability. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all youth feel safe, respected, and valued. Our number 1 goal is to unlock their potential.

Chaquanzha Stephenson is a community activist and an advocate for the youth whom originates from Stamford, Connecticut. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a dual degree in Political Science and Justice Studies in 2013 and she birthed DOPE INC. in 2014.

Chaquanzha is very passionate about community building and she believes the younger generation brings forth the future. Needless to say, she strives to equip them with positive knowledge and helps them design their path to success! ​​

Our Plan
DOPE INC. is determined to gain rapport from each young King/Queen serviced, by meeting them where they are and providing guidance through the experience of others. DOPE INC. strives to help the youth extract the positive out of any negative situation by finding the lesson(s) to be learned and helping them grow from it. DOPE INC. is also committed to keeping the future generation encouraged by providing quality programs and mentors, but most importantly DOPE INC. wants to spread more love and eradicate hate, hence the acronym, “Don’t Oppress People, Educate!”
